Isbelle Garcia

I am attending UC Berkeley and majoring in Engineering Physics! One of my favorite memories was when I was lucky enough to teach Arya and he was such an engaging and funny student. I loved teaching about Physics to him, specifically refraction and how light bends around in different mediums.

Bella Woods is a junior at Clayton Valley Charter High School. She is an avid pianist of 11 years, has her own small business (BelovedbyBella), Google Junior Engineer, Varsity Golf player, and is a mentor for young girls of color. When she’s not doing school work or extracurriculars she loves to shop, eat good food, and watch her favorite movie: LaLaLand! A fun fact about Bella is that she’s OBSESSED with boba, she has it at least 3 times a week… She is very excited to work with fellow STEM lovers who are interested in helping their community!

I’ll be heading off to college for a bachelor’s degree in computer science! My favorite memory was probably working with The STEMistry Project to make videos about coding! The team’s collaborative abilities really shined!

I am planning to go to a college in the eastern coast and study a field in engineering or environmental science. One of my favorite memories of STEMpathize is working with other website interns and TSP on coding and making a video on the Java code for a simple calculator.
